That can be expensive and a waste of money , because with with these 3 cheap household ingredients , your carpet can be back to looking brand new with such little money and effort. Here’s how to clean carpet with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.

All you need is 2 ounces on hydrogen peroxide , 1/2 ounce  of dish soap ( dawn works the best ) , and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Start by mixing all the ingredients in a plastic spray bottle and give it a good shake. Spray the stain with mixture. The next part is optional , some people have good results with just spraying and letting it sit until dry. Others need to scrub the mixture into the stain to get it out , it depends on the stain and how long its been in the carpet. After vacuum for best results.
